An AHU with its own brain. Controls, sensors and valves come factory-fitted, so the unit can run on its own or plug straight into your building management system.
AHURAVI AIRCON · REVO SMART AHU
The controller and HMI display are designed by REVO. It suits buildings that have no BMS, as well as larger buildings where the AHU must link to an existing BMS. The integrated control system can be operated remotely.
Options: filtration for the required indoor air quality, UV lamps, heater, humidifier, hydrophilic or anti-corrosive coil coating, and heat recovery by wheel or coil.

A modern air handling unit with its own AHU controller, built-in control panel, sensors and control valve. The REVO HMI controller runs the unit stand-alone in buildings without a BMS, or links it to an existing BMS and fire alarm system.

08Energy recovery for fresh air
A rotary heat wheel that transfers heat (and moisture, with an enthalpy wheel) between exhaust and incoming fresh air. It reduces the cooling load on fresh air, which matters most in hot, humid climates such as the Gulf.

Fresh air → Filtration → Cooling / heating → Supply
The AHU mixes fresh and return air, filters it, cools or heats it over the coil and pushes it through the ducts with a centrifugal fan. Double-skin panels with thermal-break profiles keep energy in and stop condensation on the casing. On a Smart AHU the built-in controller reads the sensors and adjusts the valve and fan to hold the set conditions.
